Location, comfort and the best breakfast

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Appreciated having a decent coffee maker, a microwave, and a fridge.

I booked an inner king room (to be away from street noise. When I arrived I was informed the hotel overbooked the King rooms and was informed that I was given an upgrade however they sent us down to level 1, aka the "underground level" to a king room with bunk beds facing the street. Not what I booked and not what I expected/wanted. The desk clerk made it seem like they were doing us a favor but that was NO favor, across the hall from the public bathrooms. The heater was a bit annoying as the fan was always running even when at the set temp.

Walkable to downtown area. Bed was comfortable, fire place cozy, breakfast had a lot of variety.

Decent breakfast included. Great location within walking distance to town. They provided umbrella and it rained! Free water tea coffee and cookies at front desk. Adequate parking. Nice outdoor seating areas.

Ice machine and water filling station in other buildings. Small fridge. Expensive for the room but comparable to other accommodations.
