Nice, clean location. The room was great modern style and newly renovated. The property is well-kept and seems like a hidden gem hotel.
No complaints other people than the property manager were supposed to refund the parking, and I was never contacted. I had asked for a refund due to the front desk worker not having room key activated checking out late and the room not working while checking out having to go downstairs three times before I got a working key just so I could check out, and the elevators are ridiculously SLOW so that alone took thirty minutes.

Breakfast great. Got everything I wanted except fresh bananas. Room great. Location great except need bigger parking signs for garage.
Elevator a little slow. Parking garage could use bigger sign. The spring bed was lumpy. Recommend firm memory foam mattresses instead.

The rooms were big, bed comfy, location to USC was great. Breakfast was okay but they did have a cool pancake maker machine.
We were in an area/room of foot traffic so there was a bit of noise until 11:00. After that it was quiet.

The shower was a bit rickety tickety but worked after all. Bathroom otherwise nice and clean. The location is within walking distance from Union Station that again connects ti LAX by FLYAWAY bus. This was my main reason for choosing and it lived yup to expectations. Breakfast fine. Staff friendly. The CHOW chinese restaurant 2 min away was recommended and fine.
