Good location for my purposes, have stayed here many times, has never disappointed. Great value...
Needs a little more clean up outside grounds. Over all very well maintained.

Good, nice, clean
Litters on side of road.

The room was fairly consistent with most Motel 6 locations and was clean, save for a strange stain on the bathroom door. The clerk at check-out was very polite and courteous.
No parking whatsoever, and if you leave the property, you're likely to lose your spot. Any nearby businesses will tow your car if you park there. The clerk at check in was rude, inattentive, and did not explain the additional $50 deposit, which was listed at the bottom of the Motel 6 website, but nowhere on the Booking.com app.
