Great location. Very nice amenities. Very clean. Great staff.

It was just okay.

It wasn't crowded.

The room had no chair to sit in or desk area. It was tiny. The location was a bit far from activities, but okay. The breakfast was just okay. The pool area looked as though it needed a good cleaning.

Breakfast was amazing. Location great. Loved the porch area and liked the little table/chairs outside of our room. Rooms are clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again

Bathroom is a little small but sufficient. No safes to keep valuables in.

Lovely overnight stay

Located in a wonderful area, room was nice and spacious with everything we needed.

The heater was extremely noisy.

Improved customer service, friendly nature of staff and all communications a step up with technology. QR codes, text comm and guest relations really good.

It rained a bit, but it's new england! We were ready for it.

great location, updated property with modern amenities and a chill vibe

great location, completely updated rooms with modern touches. wrap around porch was a great place to chill with your morning cup of coffee

only thing missing was an ocean view from the porch but it was a great ocean view from our room

Superb

Receptionist was awesome, friendly, courteous, just what we needed after a long drive. Great location near ocean view walk, shopping, and restaurants. Great outdoor seating for breakfast. Like the indoor common area for meeting with friends.

Some of the support staff could have been a little friendlier.

Probably won’t come back, a little too expensive

Breakfast was okay, got there after 8am and there was not enough of certain foods, muffins, bagels, English muffins
