It was fine, it was clean

It didn’t have a shuttle and staff was not real friendly

A beautiful and spacious layout. It felt more like an apartment/home than it did a hotel. The full kitchen was such a great bonus because we had so many groceries and were able to prepare what we needed for our day. The bathroom offering a tub and shower was also lovely.

Nice layout, good location, great pools and spas.

The staff pose as a concierge service and start recommending cool things to do and places to eat. But really they are trying to suck you into their timeshare presentation. When you don’t show like me because I was out hiking in Sedona like you are supposed to do on vacation, they’ll start charging your credit card weeks after your stay. I had to cancel my card and dispute all the charges. Mind you, I never received any services from these time share predators. But I did make the mistake of saying I would attend a presentation. Mostly just to get the guy to shut up. I totally regret that. Do yourself a favor. After you check in, walk right past these “concierge” guys no matter how charming they may seem. No integrity with these people
