The room was clean, the staff was very nice, its close to lots of restaurants.
The hallway carpets are very dirty, it stunk. The bathroom shower head was broken.

There was a roach in the bathroom , and the drain was clogged I had to unclog it. But other than those few hiccups and not getting the balcony room which we wanted so badly it was a good experience. The staff at the Moxy exceeded my expectations that’s for sure!
The showers could be cleaned a little more. Make sure room doors work.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I liked how close to the dorms I was .
The carpet smells and needs to be replaced . The cold water function did not seem to work. My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night.

I have stayed here a lot due to proximity to where my child is on campus. But we got there this time (and clearly going through an ownership change), but that hotel was disgusting. Construction in hallways. SO dirty. Carpets and Paint were horrendous. I mean I'm just done staying here now. Which is too bad, I used to really like the place a lot.
Our first room had no electricity, so we waited 20 minutes to be brough to another. And the second one was SO dirty. But I didn't feel like calling down to the front desk again, so we dealt with it.
