BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN FIRST LINE HOUSE
Casa a schiera di fronte al Mar Mediterraneo ad Altafulla, Costa Dorada.
Bella casa con tutti i comfort e viste eccezionali. 2 ampie camere da letto e due bagni. Ampio soggiorno e cucina. Giardino privato fronte mare con amache e tutti i servizi. 2 terrazze complete con viste meravigliose. Garage privato Mansarda con divano e terrazza privata con doccia esterna.
Il mare è visto da tutte le stanze. Luogo ideale per andare in vacanza con una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia dorata e acque cristalline. Posto esclusivo senza rumore o folla con supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze

Riscaldamento centralizzato, ventilatore a soffitto in soggiorno. Completamente arredato e attrezzato per 4 persone. Televisione, DVD, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice. Utensili da cucina, caffettiera, tostapane, barbecue. Mobili da giardino.
La casa si trova in un luogo privilegiato nei Munts de Altafulla a pochi metri da Cala Canyadell o Cala Capellans, anche molto vicino a 2 minuti dalla grande spiaggia di Altafulla.
Davanti alla casa si può vedere solo il mare da tutte le stanze e dietro c'è un piccolo gruppo di case basse e foresta mediterranea con ulivi secolari. C'è anche una villa romana molto bella e ben conservata da visitare.

Very nice little house just in front of the sea. Although the garden is very small, the view is magnificent! Waking up and having breakfast with this view is unforgettable! Another plus is the situation, just 2 min walking from a nice beach.
The house is clean and well kept. We were just 2 persons, but there are 2 bedrooms, so room for 4. The bed in the master bedroom is small, not more than 1,40. That was a bit tight, but we managed, so for people that are bigger, it might be a problem.
During our stay we noticed the coffee maker was broken ( probably from the previous guests); we told to the owner and next day we had a new one. Thank you so much Mrs Josephina for arranging this so quickly. When we used the dishwasher for the first time, there was a power outage. We informed the owner and she sent an electrician the next day. The dishwasher was broken during our stay ( or probably before) but the owner said a new one will be bought after our leave. It did not bother us too much, as we mostly had breakfast in the house.
The only small problem, i found it is a bit annoying to communicate with the cleaning lady ( she does the check in; check out also) but she speaks only Spanish. So if you do not speak Spanish, it is very difficult to understand each other. We speak English, French, Italian and Romanian. Unfortunately we do not speak Spanish.
We communicated with Mrs Josefina ( the owner ) in French and in the end there were no problems.
Thank you again Mrs Josefina for allowing us staying in your beautiful house.
I hope to come back again.

The location is fabulous with breathtaking views of the sea from each of the three floors. With its location right on the sea we expected some sort of breeze to flow through the rooms with the doors and windows open. Yet during our stay, the master bedroom (with both sliders open) was considerably warmer than all the rest of the rooms. I would highly recommend some sort of fan to help circulate the air in this part of the house. Additionally, the house had a significant amount of ants all throughout. On our first morning of breakfast on the patio, after we hosed off the army of ants on the table and chairs, we couldn’t finish our breakfast before the ants returned to hijack our food.
