Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis

The pool and hot tub were great. Room was alright.

Breakfast was excellent go early 👌, Location is perfect for any event in Indianapolis We moved down south to the gulf we have family here. We stay at this location when in town, excellent service

I don't like carpet in rooms, tile floors are easy to maintain and more sanitary, I would suggest that to the owner. I worked as a health inspector,

The room and it's location worked perfectly for my needs. Also, the person (Randi) who checked me in (was particularly helpful in assistng me with a personal issue I had unrelated to the hotel.

I think there were some kind of insects in my bed because I ended up with multiple bites (Room 106, bed closest to the door))

We came into Indianapolis from Ohio after a 10-day trip and chose this hotel for one night because it cost less than paying for 2 days at our hotel for the Fever game the next day. The hotel itself was what we needed to relax and await the game. We used the pool and hot tub and was able to come and go easily, as it's just off the highway. The complimentary breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, we would not stay again because of the intense smell of cat/dog urine in our room. If we were not in our room, the hotel was fine but inside the room, we were miserable.

We could smell cat/dog urine the second we opened our room door and since the air conditioner was not on, it was heavy and strong! We could not change rooms as they were full. Besides, I suspect other rooms would smell the same. If you have a pet friendly hotel, maybe you should keep some rooms pet-free for users who do not like the smell of pets. This hotel requires $100 deposit on the room and requires you to sign that you will not SMOKE in your room or you'll lose your deposit. Maybe they should keep the $100 deposit for families who allow pets to urinate in the rooms and have the carpets cleaned!
