That there was an indoor pool.
The pool was down for maintenance the entire time we were there.

I absolutely love the grounds at the Bellissimo Grande Hotel. The beautiful waterfall that greets you as you arrive creates such a peaceful and serene atmosphere—the perfect setting to relax and unwind during your stay.
The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is always wonderful. I truly enjoy staying here and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Clean and comfortable.
Refrigerator was a little loud.

Comfortable bed. TV remote dead. Had to go to the front desk to get another remote.
Long walk from the elevator to the room.
Utility workers took up parking spaces in the front of the building. I got soaked in the rain having to park in the back lot. Could hear talking at 12:30am. Has to wear earplugs to get to sleep. No complimentary breakfast.
TV channels lacking. You should have broadcast stations available to watch ABC, NBC, CBS.
