The service was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and willing to help from the moment we arrived. Our original room did not have the partial ocean view we had reserved, so the front desk promptly moved us. When we found the mattresses too soft, the staff changed our room again and even had the housemen reinforce the beds to make us more comfortable. Their patience and dedication alone deserve five stars. The resort was also beautiful, clean, and well organized. The pools were maintained every night, and all the restaurants and the buffet offered excellent food.
The mattresses were much softer than we prefer and were not very comfortable. However, the staff went above and beyond to find a solution for us.

This was honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed at before. Beautiful location, excellent amenities, amazing breakfast buffet, great pool, great beach, lot of things to do, extremely accommodating and friendly staff, I could go on and on, but I enjoyed the experience tremendously and want to thank all the staff for making it an awesome and relaxing vacation
Only potential improve is to have a fitness center room, but otherwise no complaints

My room location was near the elevator that played a loud disturbing chime sound each time it opened on the floor.

La ubicación es buena.
La atención desde el check in es mala, no tratan de avisarte si hay o no actividades, mala relación precio calidad, es un hotel viejo y descuidando en general, deberían muchas más atención en sus instalaciones y trato al huésped. Mala experiencia
