To me customer service is a very big thing! Michael was very welcoming and helpful! The cleaning ladies were attentive and nice! So was Tom! Breakfast lobby is small and tends to get crowded, breakfast was not too good we just ate cereal, yogurt, or the bakery items. Overall It was still okay very convenient for SeaWorld visit.
Breakfast and breakfast area too small.

Breakfast was decent and ready each morning. Loved the fact that the rooms have hardwood floors.
Would be great if the dining area could stay open all day incase guest want to eat their lunch or dinner.

The staff at night during check in was very nice. I think his name was Michael. The place looked okay it was tucked away.
The room smelt itself smelt like strong cigarettes. The breakfast was poor. All they had egg patties, cereal and yogurt and waffles. Not enough parking. The room wasn't clean because there was trash under our ac unit.
