Good location, near two plazas with a couple of restaurants, shopping, nail salon, and grocery store. Very nice staff. Quick and easy to reach metro train station by bus.
Stuffy room, smoky smell, uncomfortable regulation of HVAC, extremely tiny restroom in the rooms with double beds. Though the front desk workers were polite, half of them did not listen well and gain a clear understanding of questions or requests asked by guests.

Clean
No water to shower in the morning of checkout, because of a Watermain problem to be repaired. No hot water the night before to shower, because everyone was showering, because of the no water the next day
No compensation from hotel for the inconvenience.

The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable and they had a refrigerator in the room
The ihop attached to the hotel states 24 hours which isn’t accurate.

The staff was amazing!!
A lot of the parking was blocked off so you have to search for a parking space. The location was kinda weird in my opinion but super close to the highway!

The free breakfast through IHOP is a good idea. Send like it could flow a little better. Limited free food options offered and not all were available.

Area is a bit sketch after nightfall. Morning desk staff were not helpful. Afternoon staff was excellent.

i love the TV, style of room .
Didn’t come clean every day until day of our check out, began to see roaches (three). I know IHOP is third party but the staff was a bit rude.

The front desk team was amazing at check in. The facility was spotless and ever so courteous and helpful in any request I had.

Staff is rude and does not listen. I was charged twice. I prepaid for my room before getting to the hotel and then charged again when I got there. The front desk woman, at check-in, was rude when I tried to show her my phone so she can see I prepaid through booking.com. She did not care and said she still had to charge me but if I was charged twice, they'd take care of it. When checking out, I brought up the issue again and was told it's just a temporary hold and will drop off. It did not, I was charged again. Well, guess what! Between the hotel and booking.com, they are playing the blame game and each say the other is responsible for refunding me. The hotel says Booking has to give them a card number to charge and Booking says the hotel didn't charge their virtual card. It should not be this hard to get a refund of an overpayment. The hotel should have parameters in place to confirm the prepaid guest's reservations and NOT charge them a second time. Like, I don't know, maybe picking up the phone and calling to get the info you need instead of being rude and lazy and charging your guests a second time. It inconveniences the customer on the back end and honestly, with how rude the staff was, I will never stay here again. Not to mention the elevators reek of Marijuana... strong PASS next time.

I like how the room was set up. I liked the service that was provided. I liked the location as well. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at IHOP in the morning.
It is hard to say what I didn’t like because it was a comfortable stay. I only stayed for one night which is not long. I will definitely stay again in the near future because everything was in order.

I liked having the IHop so conveniently located to the hotel. The breakfast choices were better than one might expect in a breakfast-included set up, especially since the food was cooked to order.
The venue was convenient to what my business was in the visit.
I would stay here again and would recommend it as a basic service hotel.
I had been counting on a microwave to heat some food when I arrived late at night. It did not operate and it took two inquiries at the desk to get the problem resolved - the next day.
One of the bed lamps was broken. I found the room to be dark anyway without much over head lighting in the main area.
The IHOP breakfast while bountiful was limited to carbs, fats and proteins. Even the pick up breakfasts at other places put out some bananas or apples or other fruit juice options.
I tried to call the front desk a few times and never got an answer. Staff were pleasant and helpful inperson.
I understand that Covid and economics and staffing issues resulted in no cleaning services over my three day stay. That was okay except for the trash issue. It would be helpful to provide guests as way to leave out trash to be picked up on days when staff would not come in to clean.
I was charged three times in one day for internat/WiFi access.
