LOVED the front desk lady, i cant remember her name but she was soooooo great! made me feel welcome as soon as i walked in. and made the whole experience wonderful.
wish i had a brighter lamp near the sofa area but other then that the room was great! stay was great!

It was very clean, and the front lobby smelled so good. The breakfast was awesome! The lady who checked us in was very nice and professional.
The check-in time was slow even though I had already checked in online before arriving. The maids were still working on our room when we arrived & it was after 3:30. The one thing I really didn't like was the maids trying to come in & clean at 10am. Check out time is before 12. We felt very rushed.

At first I had no real issues and I gave you a good review on one survey, however things changed when I got up that morning.
When we checked in we were given a room that already had a guest. We unlocked the door and found all their belongings. I normally check beds, furniture everything for cleanliness and spray with Lysol. This time we got back late we were exhausted and unfortunately, I did not. This morning as I stripped the bed and collected dirty towels, I found the mattress was disgusting. It was filthy dirty. I am so disappointed and angry. I thought I had found a place to stay that was reasonable in price with a good reputation. We are very upset.
