Friendly staff, accomodations were fulfilled with side by side rooms, convenient location,price parking
Everything was great except the Bistro. I wasnt sure if it was sit down and order so I tried making reservations night prior. It wasnt necessary as the staff stated however, had to pay to cancel reserved Uber to show at Alabama theatre because the same person taking order was also the cook, server and bartender but was told 3 ppl would be working. People waiting left and it took us an hour to get our food

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. It smelled nice, was clean and worth the stay. They have Starbucks coffee, so that was a bonus. We ate there and the food was really good.
My only complaint would be the lack of general maintenance. There were a few places where a door was rusty or a patch of wall needed to be sanded and painted. These aren't major issues but things that should be part of normal up-keep and would make the hotel look a little nicer. Nothing show stopping though.

I did not get breakfast at hotel.
No trash bags in trash can. Smelly damp hallway, large dog barking. Needs upgrade to match other courtyard marriot at 21st. Overall good. Pleasant Staff
