Bfast was great
Maids were so loud in the hall and very rude. The hallways with trash bags of linens was in very bad taste. My room was barely cleaned 2nd day.

Location, customer service, breakfast.
The room was not ready until 6pm however they did compensate by waiving the parking fee.
There was a large group of kids spending the night making a lot of noise so we didn't sleep very well that night.

Room was nice and the view of the sunrise was good.
I understand it's Boston but charging $20 to park and $27 for a "tourist" charge is a bit insane when you have a parking garage. Then there was a dent in the wall of our room. Also no trash bag anywhere, not even in the bathroom trash for if a female needed it for feminine hygiene reasons.
