Friendliness of staff. Giving good directions.
Neighbor starting his motorcycle outside our door very late at night as well as very early in the morning.

Well maintained and clean
Location needed having a car to get around as was in isolated location

It was as I expected . . a place to stay for a short overnight on the way to our final destination. Clean towels and clean sheets were what we expected and nothing more.
Lots of things but then that would be priced at a higher rate.
