Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage- Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, ansonsten bietet das Hotel auch einen Shuttle ( super netter Fahrer) an.

Sehr schönes saubereres und modernes Hotel. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit Frühstück inclusive und sogar Eier werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Shuttle zum Zentrum wird vom Hotel angeboten. Ist aber sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Leider wird eine Gebühr für den Parkplatz berechnet.

Rooms were nice, comfortable.

The breakfast was subpar , same as what you get free at other hotels. No fresh coffee available unless you purchased the breakfast. The wait staff were not cordial or helpful.

The 2nd hotel room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't love the location; it seemed unsafe. I had to switch rooms, as my first room was the very first room of the hotel, next to the elevator. The bed looked like someone had been sitting in it. The remote was missing. The phone didn't work. However, the staff relocated me to a different room, and it was much better. I also signed up for hotel option with breakfast included through Booking, and was charged a large fee for breakfast again anyways.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel shuttle (fancy golf cart thing) took us right into town, with a tour on the way along with restaurant recommendations. The location is 2 blocks away from downtown. This made it very affordable and a great location. The breakfast was excellent, including an omlette station.

$20 for self parking at the hotel. Understandable, I guess, since parking in town near by is much more.

Bed - very comfortable. Shower - great . Location - excellent , walk to everything ( plus there was a shuttle, though we didn't use this) .

Breakfast -just terrible :-( in terms of quality and choice. NOT up to Hilton standards by a long way.... The door to the room had a huge gap underneath could hear people talking very loudly outside , as though they were in the room - definitely ask for a room away from the lifts ! Completely disturbed our sleep. Check-in - agent not very welcoming and obviously distracted ( asking the same question about how many vehicles were parked over and over ) Incorrect charges on the bill ( though these were quickly rectified following a call to the front desk. )
