The toilet was clogged, the bathroom door had a hole in it, the lady @ the front desk was rude , I booked my stay @ 4:37 in the morning it said booking confirmed. She argued with me telling me that I didn't book my stay for that Oct 29th until October 30 . When I clearly did. She told me that I doubled book for the day before. That's not true when it said confirmed for the day of. She threatened to call the police on me be I couldn't move my things. So I booked another stay @ the village suites

the secretary was not helpful my fire alarm beeped all night when i asked for it to be fixed, there was a cigarette butt underneath the bed and it smelt horrible in the room theres many more problems just those were the main things
