Clean
No complimentary breakfast
7 / 10Buono·set 2026
The bed and pillows were comfy and the room was clean. I especially liked the availability of the shampoo/soap and how it was presented.
The reason I gave the mark the way I did was because: the toilet had a hard time flushing, the air conditioner wasn't working right, noise from the work area below our room in the morning, no creamers for the K-cups, and normally a continental breakfast is included with the stay.

I liked everything
5 / 10·set 2026
The bed and pillows were great.
1. Had to pay for breakfast when paying over $230 a night. 2. The electricity went out in the room after plugging in the coffee maker. 3. Cleaning crew didn’t speak English nor understood English. Cleaning lady tried twice to get I. The room when the door was locked and was told we didn’t need anything and she insisted on getting the trash. The poo wasn’t clean. The workout room smelled of harsh cleaning solution. It was hard to breathe.
