The lady at the front desk was amazing. She exceeded expectations and was an exemplary model of what customer service should be. She deserves a raise.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We were traveling for a hockey tournament. The kids can be very rambunctious and loud and the staff handled them very well.
The elevator has a strong mildew smell. That’s the only negative I have to say about the stay. I am pregnant and my sense of smell is extremely heightened!
