clerk was nice, room clean and comfortable.
tub faucet had steady drip there than that this is a wonder hotel.

Didn't eat breakfast there. Location was ok, construction was going on.
Our cards stopped working on the 2nd day. Every time we needed to get inside our room, we had to go to the front office so the attendant could open it.

Cindy was so helpful finding us a suitable, quiet room, blankets, getting the TV working....milk for our coffee after a 500mile drive that day.
Hotel well situated close to highway but little noise. On the side of town for Aransas Wildlife Refuge to see the rare whooping cranes.
Close to the main street with multiple restaurants.
Beds comfy and spacious room.

Hot and cold breakfast items. Very good.

Location was ok but highway construction made it difficult to into safety. Property is out dated and in need of repairs & renovation.
Rooms updated, paint, new bedding etc.

Great service young lady was very helpful and polite. Loved the soap dispensers in shower. Rooms were very clean and stock with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blow dryer didn’t except all this for the price rate.

Construction on road made it difficult to get to hotel. Had to travel to next exit and go on turn around to get to hotel.

the door motor in key would let me in I had to get them to open it with master key everytime I left

The grounds and lobby.
The room was very dirty. We wiped up some water from the floor and thr towel was black. The floor was also very sticky. The room also smelled strongly of urine.

Room size was good. Breakfast was good everyone in the family was happy. Pool looks nice however didn’t get to use it. What is pet friendly
There was a lot of dirt buildup in the restroom. Small details throughout the room could be cleaned.

I booked this hotel because it was cheap (the cost was low compared to others in the area) but it had high ratings. I had stayed in 2 hotels recently that were much more expensive, so I didn't have big expectations. But THIS place was very clean, very modern, had a full breakfast, super-fast wifi, large refrigerator/freezer, plenty of seating with good lighting and table space, a safe, just felt good and secure with a friendly staff! That TV was super big and tons of channels with great reception. I would recommend it highly to anyone! Super convenient location and the room key card worked the entire stay for 2 days without glitches, and that is unusual! No need to call the office for complaints. No noise from other rooms. The best place I have stayed in recent memory. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
