Parker was amazing. I needed to switch rooms to be on the second floor and he was more than welcome to help and very accommodating
We lost power in the morning but it wasn't anything that the hotel could control, it was the whole section of town

The front desk clerk seemed to be over worked on Sunday morning, but he was professional and nice. The facility should have two front desk people.
The price for such a hotel was unacceptable. The Room (276) was lacking in the ability to regulate the temperature - the wall mounted device did not work. So, I can see that people would open the window. The window to the outside was covered with died yellow jacket bees. It was never cleaned. The mattresses on both beds were well worn. They need to be replaced. Pillows were fine. There was no extra blanket.
