We can see the ocean, beach from the property.
Easy access.
It was good that they had the washing machine and dryer.
I also enjoyed having the bath since it was getting cold.

Spacious, comfortable bed and linens. Seemed to have whatever we needed although it was a brief stop and we did not make use of much. Nice view. It would work well for a longer stay.
Although it was an above grade basement, it was rather dark. We could also hear the people moving around above us, (the owners).

Good location
Not ideal to have to pay an extra $10 to do washing with the machine provided in the unit.

Looking at the property on line ,we assumed that on could see the beach. This was a basement apartment with no view of the water. Very disappointing. There should have been some type of railing going down the steps. The bedding was washed in scented soap. Really!
