Breakfast staff was very accommodating; the food was acceptable, with both hot & cold entrees. My husband particularly enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. Our room was clean, easily accessible & the bed was comfortable.
Due to our location near the breakfast area, it was a bit noisy once breakfast was being prepared & served. A quieter location would have been preferred.

Hotel immaculate. Spacious and super clean room. Good location. Very friendly staff. The best pet-friendly room I have ever stayed at in a decade of traveling with dogs.
Honestly, I could not have been more pleased. No complaint whatsoever.

It was very clean and looked pretty new. There was a restaurant attached and our stay came with free hot breakfast. My son and I also had fun in the pool. This is our 4th stay at an IHG hotel and we’ve enjoyed them all.
I wish they had rooms that guests can access from outside rather than having to go through the lobby to reach your room, and it was kinda hard to bring all our luggage to the 3rd floor, far from the elevator (but that was my fault for not requesting the 1st floor.

The room was very clean.
Carpet appeared new and that was nice. Location was perfection
The microwave barely worked. The TV was difficult to operate.
