Being charged $12 per day parking when there is no other parking available and not knowing anything about this charge until arrival.

Allowed to check in a little early. Left early the next morning, no time for breakfast.
Location entrance from Ventura Blvd is easily missed, yet I did notice and chose it by driving by. Lobby entrance off carport driveway is a bit dungeon-y could be better lit.

La colazione
Il personale alla reception veramente scortese. Condizionatori super rumorosi

Location to an event we were attending, breakfast was great.
It was so noisy all night, people banging and slamming doors, stomping feet two nights of terrible sleep. The pool was so small and right at the doors of other customers, very uncomfortable! We got the bonus of having our room window looking at the grocery store loading dock and garbage can. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor and you had to go down to the lobby.
