The views were amazing. The property was clean. The location was so close to the ship the Maya offers a shuttle to the ship express line and drop off made it so seamless thank you so much.we were very happy with the Maya will definitely stay again .

Everything about the property was amazing ..
One of the waitresses was rude to my sister and gave her false information, blessedly a bartender apologized and corrected the misinformation. I was charged $25 service fee for 1 Mayarita and a tostada. I don’t mind paying but I don’t like the hotel sneaking fees.

Clean, updated and modernized. We’ve been staying here for over 10 years now and found the property in fantastic shape.
Staff seemed unmotivated to go extra mile. Bar tenders withheld happy hour menus unless asked, which is odd to me. Happened more than once. Asked for water to be delivered to room and directed to walk to lobby only. Mentioned wife and I were celebrating a 20th anniversary and not a single bite, glass of champagne. Prior years we felt welcome and celebrated. This stay felt very routine. The limited Fuego menu was also a surprise. Not sure we will be back.
