The staff are Amazing. They were like a family to us. Yolanda, Yousouf, Nancy, Fatima, Manny, the Lady who does the eggs for breakfast and everybody else. They made us feel at home and always went the extra mile to make sure we were ok.
The rooms are also nice, clean and comfortable .

Every aspect of the stay was exceptional, from the breathtaking room views to the flawless, personalized service. The bed offered supreme comfort, the on-site dining was truly world-class, and the serene ambiance made it a remarkable luxury retreat. I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable experience
The experience felt short of a luxury standard due to a few oversights in maintenance and service. The room's soundproofing was inadequate, letting in noticeable hallway noise, and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly slow for a high-end property. While the property is beautiful, the attention to detail needs improvement.
