Enjoyed the bar, dinner menu, coffee, and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows.
No complimentary breakfast. Cable TV hard to navigate.

Location was convenient.
I booked a king bed room and was given a two queen bed room with no mention of the change.
Tub and sink didn't drain in bathroom.

The location was perfect. Staff went above and beyond!!
When booking, it didn’t disclaim that the pool area was under construction! So I had 3kids I had to try and entertain in other ways!

The location and the beds are comfortable.
The phone was broken. We needed it to call the front desk to get the WiFi password because the person didn’t give it to us at check-in. She seemed to be bothered to even check us in. There was no hair dryer in the room. The outlet on the lamp was also not working so we couldn’t plug in a phone charger. Very disappointed in the stay.
