I love the convenience of not having a key card to enter the rooms and the location is spectacular. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were very clean.

It was very reasonably priced, and it was definitely great for the price. The staff was helpful, responsive, and friendly.

Close to cannery row and other Monterey attractions
Definitely outdated and needs work. The bedding was smudged with brown stuff , the floors were peeling (chipped), baseboards were super dirty, the door had a gap all around it that you could see out of slightly
