It was okay. Don’t seem to follow the same protocol as some other Hampton inns
Placed us in room
Right by elevator. Elevator in need of repair so very noisy. - as well - the room
Had a shared door to the next room with a baby that cried( screamed) all night
Could hear every word spoken next door

Clean, helpful staff
When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied by someone else. The front desk informed us their system went down and they pretty much didn’t know who was in what room. They gave us a new room pretty quickly, but it was concerning they didn’t know what rooms were occupied.

Staff was friendly
While the room was clean and tidy, the lobby, hallways, elevator and pool area were dirty.
