Wingate by Wyndham Newell

Staff and breakfast choices were great. Facilities were renovated and kept well

Room wasn’t as clean as it could be. Air conditioner also wasn’t working properly in the room

Safe, well-lit, friendly roomy reception area, clean pool, clean well-maintained parking lot, kind professional manager and staff

From the check in to the check out the staff were friendly and greeted all customers as they passed through. The breakfast staff had everything under control and kept the food fresh. Loved the whole experence.

We were away from the hotel too much! Will have to make a return trip .

Breakfast was good and the bed was clean and comfortable.

The hotel room was not clean. The inside of toilet needed cleaned. There was mold on the bottom of shower curtain and outside of the tub along floor caulking. The floor in hotel room needed a good sweep and mop. How hard is it to mop behind furniture? It was gross. You should have time every so often to mop behind night stands, desk, bed, etc. If the bed hadnt been clean I would have called the front desk. The hallway carpet was very dirty too. I do not like the fact that when you come in to the hotel you are greated with a wave of heat. Fix the air conditioner please! I think the gals who work in the kitchen shouldn't have to work in those conditions either.
