Short but sweet!

The airport shuttle was great and the staff friendly. When I arrived I was quite Ill and the staff helped me to my room, asked if I needed additional assistance. While assured them I would be ok, they sent around security to check on me after a few minutes. That was reassuring. By morning I was fine and went on with the trip to Boston.

Overall, pretty good.

The quietness of the room. It was spacious & clean. Even with all the hustle & bustle of BlerdCon, the room had an appreciable solitude to it.

The air conditioner in the main lobby wasn't cooling well. This has happened before during BlerdCon. I've been in the Hyatt other times & this wasn't a problem.

Great location for a short stay in DC area.

Clean, really comfy beds, not noisy, friendly staff. Easy to from hotel to other locations in DC.

Parking is outrageously expensive.

Exceptional

Staff was great, eating options inside hotel or right near by were great as well.

Having to pay 45 a night for parking and the elevators always taking forever to get to the floors.

Exceptional

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and had a smile! Rooms were updated, clean and beds were comfortable. My only issue is beyond the hotels control, which is that the metro is far. Highly recommend for anyone planning a visit to DC!

It was nice, and centrally located to all of my weekend events.

Staff was accommodating. I was allowed to check in early for a small fee. They were on it.

The toilet did not flush properly. Therefore having to flush several times at one time.

Did enjoy our stay. The front desk…exceptional.

Clean, professional front desk, gift shop workers, Super Chef, & front door staff.

Key Club students ran, talked loudly, & sang in hallways from late evening, til after midnight on Friday. Kept us up late. Not mature enough to be left alone.

over all I’d give this hotel an 8 out of 10.

the hotel itself was beautiful

besides the kids running around and causing noise, this hotel was great except we only stayed for 6 hours because of our canceled flight from the airport and we were charged the full amount. the neighbors next to us would not settle down so that became annoying quick.

It was a short stay but I had an amazing time. The bar and restaurant closed at midnight which was awesome.

I loved everything about the property,the stuff was very friendly,room clean and the view was amazing.

It was a short stay so I can’t pinpoint what I didn’t like.

Will stay here again if I fly into DC, no doubt.

The check in lady was THE BEST! So nice... and funny! I enjoyed talking with her. The room was pretty cool looking and the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are amazing! Thanks so much!

I had to check in and out faster than I would have liked, so I didn't get to see much. I liked the looks, the atmosphere, the personnel.... everything was awesome.
