Staff manager Monica Abrams bullied my son and I by making fun of our autism. She was so aggressive that I had to call the police on her to assist us with checkout. She directed jealous tendencies toward me by making personal derogatory comments towards me rather than staying professional; which prompted me to contact the police. She was scary!!!

The rooms were clean everybody was nice everybody had smiles

Customer service was awful. I arrived around 1 am at the hotel and there was a lot of noise in my hotel room. The floor was even shaking, as if there was something wrong with the AC on the lower floor. I went to the frontdesk because it was impossible to sleep in the room. They came to check to room and confirmed the noise. Unfortunately they were not able to give me another room so I had to stay in that room for the night. I didn't sleep for a minute and had a headache the next morning. They told me to see the manager about a refund in the morning but she wasn't there. I had to catch my flight at noon but they promised me the manager would contact me by e-mail. 5 days later I still haven't heard from the manager. I sent them many e-mails and also Booking.com is trying to reach them but they're not answering. For more than 10 years I've been a loyal customer of Booking.com and never have I experienced a customer service this bad. Don't book here. They charge a lot for 1 night and then you get a room in which you can't sleep.
