Shower. Location. Desk staff. Tv
Seemed a bit shabby and dated certainly not 4 stars claimed. Old carpet. Cramped between bed and furniture. Noisy at night from people hanging out at the pool.

The location was within a longish walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame, which was good. The breakfast was good with an omellete station and good cook-your-own waffles, but otherwise the hot breakfast options were quite limited.
The first lady we met behind the reception counter had little English and/or didn't really communicate well beyond pointing in general directions when asked where things were or gave short, one word answers that were abrupt and slightly dismissive. I don't think she knew what serving customers really meant as a job. The room was serviceable but more expensive than I liked. The guy in the morning was much more helpful, though.
