Staff and cleaners where friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. They were punctual with housekeeping needs. The facility and pool were clean. Great value for a family of 6.
Breakfast could have been a little better, but overall not bad

All went well and will be happy to stay there again when we return to California.
Had a bad experience with the shower, very slow flow from shower head.

Good location.
Phone was out of order the whole time. Had to ask for extra blanket, face towels & tissue papers.
