unkind staff,bored,rude,they did not even call us a taxi for the city centre.(2 children with us) terrible breakfast dirty

The pool is very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times the bartender he was my favorite!!

The size of the room wasnt very clean based on my expectations. No microwave or mini refrigerator either.

The hotel advertises free breakfast then expected me to pay $14 for an omelette! Of the four days I stayed free breakfast only on two.

The pool was filthy. I had no hot water the whole time I was there. My room's coffeemaker lacked the tray to hold the coffee. Marriott promised me a discount for these problems but the hotel only invoices me for the full amount which I refuse to pay.

Close to freeway, convenient to a lot of restaurants, clean facility overall

The shuttle stopped running from the airport at 11:45pm. Our flight came in at 1am. And the back entrance to the hotel didn't look inviting.

staff was friendly enough pretty clean location. beds were comfortable

pool was closed. various charges and weird credits and then more charges on my credit card. every room on our floor was apparently having a raging party. rooms weren’t ready at check in time. only about 20 minutes though. Nice guy offered a late check out, but we were gone at 8 am

I've stayed here before and everything was very nice and accomodating.

that at check in if using a debit card that your amount is being put on a "hold" and then when you check out they are technically charging your card again! I only had one set amount on the card I used so it was weeks going back and forth with the manager etc because the lady at check in put it in that I paid cash instead of card so they tried to charge my card like 3-4xs after my stay! this alone will cause me not to stay here again!

The location

The cleaners didn't clean our room everyday and we were there for over a week. The 1st room we got on the 1st floor was horrible. We stayed 2 days and requested to move. There were roaches, it faced the parking lot and there was no fridge.
