I liked some of the staff

Lack of elevator ease, beds hard, everything was way over priced, so many homeless around, no parking for less then 30.00, water pressure sucked, breakfast is literally 30.00 per person. Bathroom is tiny. Will not be back

Great location downtown near many restaurants. Views are amazing and the staff is very polite and welcoming during your stay. I stayed at the Hyatt back in 2016 and it’s my go to spot everytime for me and my fiancé

The rotating bar was cool. We met 2 x friendly members of staff. The first was on Guest Services, I can't remember his name but he was from Jamaica. He was helpful and upbeat. The 2nd was at the check out desk, she was efficient but didn't ask how our stay was.

I got food poisoning from the wings I had at Twenty Two Storys on Saturday night. I spent the following 2/3 days in agony. I was told by the pharmacist to eat plain foods so I got some rice crispies for the room. When I asked for a bowl from the kitchen it seemed like a massive deal and they didn't want to give me one. I asked at the main reception and they didn't seem to want to help either. I got the general feeling that staff just didn't want to help, they saw it as a chore. The price of water is disgusting! I paid $8 for a bottle of water from your market and the bottles of water in the room which should be complementary were $4 each!!! This is robbery!

The price of the valet parking was ridiculous and having to wait almost and hour for your vehicle.

ALL of the staff went above and beyond. Will definitely be back. Everything was very clean as well
