The rooms was clean
The resort was nice
And it sits in the middle of everything. So you can get out and walk the strip
The cable needs to be upgraded

Perfect location for ICON park and plenty of dining options. It was clean and the pools were very nice.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and no fridge but we had a cooler so it worked. I have allergies so eating out can be hard so I travel with my own food. I should have verified before hand about the fridge but it was a very last minute add on stop to our trip.

The property grounds is really nice and well kept.
Prostitutes, young kids and someone was having sex next door super loud, drug use, dirty rooms with cob webs in corners and dirty tubs. Very bad customer service from housecleaning. Bathroom was super tight. Door hits toilet and toilet touches shower.

The property was beautiful! We only stayed one night so didn’t get a chance to use the pools or anything but I also liked the decor/design of the rooms. The staff was helpful and informative. We did use the computers in the lobby to print off some travel documents and were greeted by the bartender. The price we paid was very fair considering it was spring break.
The room was quite a walk away from the lobby and we had 4 suitcases. It would’ve been nice to have a golf cart or some help getting to our room as we had to drag our items across the pool area and across cement leading to damaging my bag wheels.
We also stopped at gatorville in the morning for the breakfast buffet. We showed up around 10:30 and were sat at a table but not approached by a server or anyone until 10:45. We grabbed a plate of food and they immediately shut down the breakfast line without mentioning that it was closing. We ended up paying for the buffet price $25 pp to get a small plate of food. I wish they would have explained the process upon our arrival and the timing and also gave a heads up that the buffet was shutting down.

Difficult to find parking/small parking lot, long walk to room,no elevator available,low quality rooms, noisy a/c unit,thin walls/can hear other guests

The room smelled like wet dog and mildew After 4 hours.
The carpet was sticky in the room. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. No fitted sheets on either of the beds just three flat sheets and a throw.

The location of the hotel for the purpose is excellent. There are many attractions and restaurant nearby.
The comfort of the bed. The size of the room and the furniture was old. The room was not clean during my stay including providing extra towels.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Anlage mit viel Grün und schönem Poolbereich.
Leider haben wir zunächst nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten. Hatten mit Blick zum Pool bzw. Gartenbereich gebucht und hatten Zimmer zum Parkplatz. Nach mehrfachem Hin und Her mit der Rezeption konnten wir dann -leider erst am nächsten Tag -ein schönes und der Buchung entsprechendes Zimmer beziehen. Dann hat auch alles wie erwartet gepasst, aber das Hin und Her war etwas nervend. Und die Art der Kommunikation hätte besser sein können.

It was spacious.
The check in time for registration was 2 hours long. We got in the hotel for check in at 11.45pm and didn't get to our room till 1.45am. That's just ridiculous. You spend the whole day tired from being outdoors and then u have to wait 2 plus hours to get into a room. I haven't been anywhere where check in took so long. Very disappointing 😞

The rooms are ok. Neat and tidy. Check in/check out process are fast and easy.
The property needs urgent improvements. It does not look or feel like a Wyndham. The building is old and has very poor maintenance. Its humid, it smell funny, looks old and cheap.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel. We had an evening meal and it was great.
The block we stayed in requires some refurbishment and that includes the bedroom and bathroom.

I upgraded to a room with a balcony and view…however the window seals were broken and it was so foggy you couldn’t see anything except a “ dirty” window. Carpet was filthy and dark. The 20.00 all you could eat breakfast was 1/2 good. The egg burritos were so hard you couldn’t cut them the music was loud and annoying and the staff didn’t know how to turn it down. Will NOT ever go back to this hotel!!

Only thing really good about the hotel is the pool and poolside restaurant
Room booked was not available, given a room that had view of bubbling dirt water, sliding glass door to patio didn't open, broken fridge, moldy wall, broken dresser. Asked to be moved manager was hesitant at first then moved after 2 hours. Came back from dinner first night no parking, went to front desk and although not violent or belligerent, security guard called for backup and 3 other guards came making us feel like criminals. Had to park 4 buildings away from our room. Next day was called by manager and she apologized but could only offer 50% off first night's rate which I've yet to see since I paid booking up front

The room was very large and comfortable. The walk around scenes where beautiful as well. Location is so close to all the Orlando tourist attractions.
The AC worked but not well. I bought a box fan for my room to make it extra cold

I didn’t like that I found bugs in my bed and bathroom.

The location & it was close to alot of places.
Hearing guests walking around above us, very loud. The sprinkler system while on was very stinky. The property is very outdated & needs alot of work.

Someone stole my credit card to book this stay. No one checked at the front desk for a credit card. I had to go through my credit card company to have the charges reversed.
