1. I did not like the internet shutting down at 1115pm and front desk inform "internet tech man was off that night."
2. I did not like the stains on both double beds and when asked to exchange to clean sheet front desk said he did not have the key to the laundry room.
3. I did not like when I asked if I can use the pool, I was told it was closed at 10pm. I witnessed people in the pool at 1130pm.
4. I did not like that I waited 45 mins for coffee at 7am and breakfast started at 630am.
5. I did not like that all sanitation station was always empty.
6. I did not like that the complimentary water did not look edible.

The room slept our whole family of 5, on-site breakfast
There was a musty smell in the hallway on our floor(3rd) . Very slow elevator and the mop water was always very dirty when they were mopping

I had my doubts because of some of the bad reviews I had read and almost canceled our 4 night stay. It turned out the stay was excellent and the rooms as well breakfast as well. I will definitely be coming back next year.

There is limited parking space, staff is rude, no amenities in room not even towels, when towels were requested, they refused to provide them and an uninvited guest (cockroach) visit us.

i had a dirty bed and room was dirty when we arrived.

the pool & hot tub was down & unusable. it was the reason I booked the hotel for an indoor pool. the hotel is just a place to sleep. it is not decorated or renovated in anyway. maintenance came daily to restock the bathroom. the other staff were not friendly. I was disappointed.
it was not renovated in anyway. It was very old dirty & dingy. ihop was convenient because the daily breakfast at the hotel was not tasty

The breakfast was horrible. The coffee filter did not fit the coffee machine in the front desk gave me the wrong room.

decent breakfast comfy beds
the tub had hair in it so it hadn’t been cleaned properly, had to clean it out. the pool was not heated it was freezing so we got into the hot tub until we noticed how dirty the hot tub water was

The property is easy to locate. It is close to the center.
We stayed for 4days. The first room we were smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked to be transferred because I have a toddler. Front desk said that there is no other room available and they cpuld give us air freshener to ease out the smell. The next day, we were transferred, our clothes smell like smoke from the other room. It was horrible. There were a lot of hairs on the bathtub drain. The last night we stayed, the fire alarm went on about 11 pm pr midnight. Found it hard to go back to sleep after that.

Beds were comfy, pool/hot tub/fitness were all open and available. Breakfast offered
,Pool and hot rub need maintenance, pool water was freezing and hot tub wasn't so hot, no towels were available in pool area. Fitness room..small, very small and one machine out of service. Breakfast was decent however they did not allow you to take it to room which is a bit odd since we are allowed to bring outside food into the rooms

Not a thing!
Steel bar off bed, my guest injured themself twice on it, spa smelt like mold had ugly foam, water looked gross, pool was freezing cold. Room was filthy, terrible
