Exceptional

Several room options. Love the separation from the living area and bedroom.

The elevator has no AC. Other than that, everything was great!

Happy hour was nice. Thanks.

The bed was not clean. The rooms were not cleaned during the stay. Probably they were understaffed.

The room was big and comfortable. Had everything in the kitchenette. Enjoyed the bedroom..

The staff was very nice & made sure our accommodations were met. The breakfast was good, and the person over it made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really nice to have. Was clean and had everything you needed. I will go back.

The elevator had issues. The manager had to reset it twice but adventially got it up and running. My sofa had some rips. It needs to be remodeled, so I think the price was a little high.

Pleasant

The breakfast was really good! I also liked the room with the double bed and pull out couch and how a door divided the two.

When i first walked in to check-in around 11pm, the attendant in the front greeted me by saying "What's up?". This was not professional at all. There were a few stains on the on the sheet and the part under the mattress were you can see from the side of the bed.

stayed out of need at this hotel, room size was good, complicated layout and elevators are difficult to find. Wi-Fi was

the set up of the room, bedroom, separate room for kitchenette and lounging.

Wi-Fi and the in house phones are TERRIBLE!!!

Disappointing

The lobby was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. They offered breakfast in the morning. The fridge in the room was clean. There was a kitchenette. Located close to shopping, food, and the highway. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

The room smelled like pet urine. the carpet reeked of dog urine and we were unable to switch rooms because the place was full. couldn’t cancel without having to pay for it. The night manager brought Lysol to the room and we went to the nearest gas station to get cleaning supplies. We also had to brew coffee to help with the odor. There was dust collecting in the vents and the towels had stains on them. The room was also very warm with the fan and ac on. There was red juice on the lamps above the table and the cords to the lamps looked like they had been chewed.

OK but less than expected.

Breakfast was very good and tasty. Cleanliness was fair. Signage in hallways was very poor. Where were the elevators? Just had to keep walking to find them. Some furniture in the room was shabby/torn fabric. Bed was very comfortable. Location was fine. Would I recommend this hotel. No, not until updated!
