Hyatt Regency Dallas

Location was private away from downtown which is good as some areas werent great. felt like a nice high end hotel and the bed was comfy

Parking was a little far away

Bar area spacious Front desk not crowded

Pizza restaurant was closed Room smelled moldy

Location Room was clean

Awful sewer smell in lobby. Told front desk because it was putrid and she said she can’t smell it. She likely couldn’t smell it because she was there in the lobby . I had come into the hotel and the odor was awful. Coincidentally- carpet was being pulled up in lobby - that may have had something to do with the smell. The part that upset me was she made it seem like I was wrong or lying. Terrible customer service. Also - at store in lobby/ 2 bugs in my coffee - likely from the creamer. I told employee and she said yes it’s probably from the creamer. Like she knew that is a problem. She asked if I had my cup as if she was going to reuse it! I absolutely did not have my cup with the bugs in it. Ridiculous. Should have given me a coffee on the house. I asked her to use the creamer directly from the fridge.

it’s close and convenient for a lot of things i wanted to experience.
