Best Western Summit Inn

Clean facility. Staff friendly. Nice amenities including pool, small video arcade, exercise room, and large breakfast area.

Lighting was a little dark, like no light at entrance of room when just getting in. Also sink faucet in bathroom was installed too far away from sink so water tends to collect near base of faucet when washing hands.

Clean, comfortable, staff was helpful & courteous, had an elevator, good breakfast.

Great location just far enough away from Niagara Falls we didn’t want to be immediate downtown .. a bunch of fast food and stores and decent restaurants in area. We really liked the arcade games

Only thing me and my bf didn’t like was the bed - we both have bad backs and we need a stiffer bed

it was clean mostly but a bit compact everywhere with a bit low lighting

i did not like the overall comfort, the rooms were a bit small, there was some smell in the room. After switching on the AC smell went away to an extent but still there.. also in one of my two rooms AC buttons were not working to lower the temperature and make it a bit warmer. it was set to 61 and did not change, remote was not there too. Staff was helpful to provide the extra blankets. Bathroom does not havee body wash in it. Breakfast was ok, classic corn flakes missing and there were no bagels just bread. Bathrooms and toilet were very compact and small spaced..Overall the amount paid for the room wasn't worth enough for the stay. Thankfully we had to just sleep only
