Easy check in and friendly staff. Quiet at night. The room was dated but very clean. Walkable to bars, restaurants and Grand Arena
Parking is an extra cost.

I like the cleanliness of the room
The parking was not explained properly. I was told the parking was $22 per day but I had to pay $24 each time I left the property. It is not fair to deceive the guest on the parking. There needs to be a card presented by the hotel for the guest uses to get in and out of the parking garage without paying extra. If you can't get a deal with the garage then stop telling the guest the parking is $22 per day. That means you should be able to go in and out of the garage all day with no extra charge. I was very disappointed that none of your staff was well versed with the parking.

Water pressure at sink inadequate; bulb burned out in bathroom fixture; bathroom fixtures rusting; tub slippery; breakfast scrambled eggs were awful; parking expensive.
