Breakfast was good

Price was high and had to pay for parking.

The pros: the place was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is convenient, right off the highway near Forest Park. We had the free breakfast one morning. The food was good, and they had plenty of hot options like eggs, sausage, potatoes, a waffle maker, etc which was nice.

I realized from Booking.com that this hotel is popular with families, which is why we booked it (we were on vacation for my 10 year old stepson's spring break). However it was absolutely overrun with families with young kids (our fault for coming over spring break, I realize). We had a king suite on the 1st floor and we could hear kids making noise and running up and down the hallway as early as 7 am (not really a problem for us since we were with a child ourselves, but something that other travelers should be aware of-- the place was full of kids, and kids make noise). I chose to stay here because of the pool and free breakfast; however the pool was constantly packed with kids, to the point where we never used it. It was just too crowded. On our first morning, the dining area was so packed that we went out for breakfast rather than try to fight through the crowds. We did manage to grab some free breakfast on the 2nd morning. Basically the hotel was so crowded that we never got to use the amenities that I had chosen the place for, so that was disappointing. But I don't blame the hotel for this since it was clearly a high occupancy period. I would just say, be aware that this place seems VERY popular with families, to the point where you will hear kids being loud, and you may struggle for access to things like the pool or the dining room, especially on school breaks. Also, we were charged $10/night for parking which was ridiculous given the cost of the room. The place was comfortable, but not fancy, and I found it overpriced for what it was. Our stay was fine, but I won't come back.

The room fit our family well. The staff was nice and we loved the location

Pool was so over chlorinated that our eyes were burning and everyone was coughing. Didnt stay in very long. Rate seemed a little pricey once taxes and all of the other fees were added on

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

The pool could of been a little warmer. It was a little pricey and $10 a night to park is ridiculous. I would have stayed some place else where parking was free.

They were working on the parking lot . Could not get as close to the doors to pick up.

Friendly Staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, and there’s a fridge in the room.

Not near the “action”, but I did feel safe and it was worth the value vs. staying downtown for much more!

Rooms were clean, easy free parking and location was fantastic. Breakfast was simple but very good. Staff were all super friendly and we loved the snack packs they passed out every morning. I will stay here again for sure next time I am in St Louis.
