My sister and I loved everything, especially the spa. Ask for Kiesha when you go to botanica. Everything was great. The food, happy hour, the staff. My room was spacious. Had an incident with my first room, but i am not going to mention details because the way the manager and the representative at the front handle it was top tier to me. Things happen!!! I will recommend anyone to come here. It's worth it.The TV also had a welcome with my first name center in the middle with sparkling lights. Way to make a Queen feel welcome embassy suites!!!
