The place was amazing! I felt comfortable staying and the amenities were great. I even had the whole swimming pool to myself throughout my stay. Definitely would recommend staying here!

It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the conference facilities were nice.

The restaurant downstairs was really good, great staff and really good food and beers on staff. Sitting area was great. Outside area was great.
Front desk could be helpful, little disappointing at times. Forgetful when asked for additional amenities. Issues with parking at this location- very expensive. Water pipe issues with room next door, woke us up every morning when they showered around 5am with load vibrations of the water pipes. Every morning.

Close to airport but needed a shuttle due to large highway in between the airport and hotel. Needed to call the shuttle from the pick up point. However shuttle drivers in time and friendly.
The balcony door in the room was broken and didn’t close all the way.

Room - Sink was clogged and dirty. Tub was dirty. It even had sand in it! Charged $39 for for SELF parking. Overall dirty hotel with marginal food menu. You'd think that the Hilton name would evoke a certain confidence of quality. Instead it was a dump.

It’s RIGHT next to the airport (like a 20 minute walk). They don’t charge an arm and a leg for the location either. The pool and hot tub are very large and clean. The outer courtyard was beautiful, and my room was also cozy and clean.

Comfy stay next to John Wayne Airport. Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful getting us shuttled to our early morning flight.

The bed was comfortable.
One of the cooks tried to charge me for $27 breakfast even though on my reservation it stated it was included with my total price of my stay. Our room stated we will get a few accessories like a bath robe and we didn't get what was included in our room. False advertising!

The staff was amazing. They text us to see how we were doing the first night and we’re very accommodating.
The property was a good value, however our beds were like an oversized twin which was very uncomfortable. The hotel was a little older, but the beds were the biggest issue.

Location in proximity to airport was great. Shuttle to the airport started at 5am, 5 min drive to airport.
Cozy big beds. Staff was nice, and room was overall nice.
Needs updates to compete with other standards of the area and what Hilton brand usually accomodates. Needs deeper cleaning in bathroom.
