The pool and workout facility was really nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
I couldn’t believe how much the hotel wanted for any of the snack in the room. More than 3 times the amount that you would pay in the store.
The shower was really disappointing. There was hardly any water pressure coming out of the shower head.

It is so convenient to everything in downtown Chicago. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and the property is always clean.
I can’t think of one thing. It’s the only hotel I ever stay at when I’m in town.

Location is great but that’s about the sum of positives.
The room on the 5th floor was super small and most importantly there was no hot water in the shower. Very disappointing stay at this location. I checked out and the front desk attendant was very unhelpful when I needed to use the restroom before going to the airport.
