Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

Beautifully decorated and overall ambiance. The staff was courteous and attentive. There were plenty of large umbrellas at both the pools and beach. The food was pricey but exceptional.

Beautiful property and beach. The Hotel is very classy and nostalgic. Loved how it was lit up at night. Clean rooms and very spacious. Water activities were excellent.

Pool very band was very loud and lots of drinking. No microwave or working refrigerator. So no way to keep left overs. Food was very pricy.

Ristorante a bordo spiaggia, gentilezza dello staff, camera molto comoda (suite), letto comodo. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per relax

Non mi hanno risposto ad alcune richieste di booking. Parcheggio caro 50$. Colazione migliorabile. Alghe in spiaggia

Location, decor, architecture.

Service level was appalling, when it was available. The room had a traditional hotel phone, but no one answered. Apparently did not work. Room service failed totally. The hotel pulled a bait and switch, tried to upsell us to the original room we booked! So we got no open windows, balcony. No bellmen available for checkout at 10. Food was good, wait staff good. Shower did not drain, had to turn off during shower to keep from flooding. Vanity top could have/should have been bigger, but was not because of cheap, but stylish, finish. Guests were mostly couples looking for a romantic getaway. The beds were way too soft for this intention.
