The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Smell of the room. Location of the hotel. Air conditioning old and not cool. Bathroom old. Whole room needs updating.

The hotel was not in a good neighborhood, it did not look as nice as it was presented online, the staff was rude, it was a lot of money for a place that was run down.

The experience was very bad, our flight was delayed and we arrived late, we lost the shuttle from the hotel, when we arrived in Uber a totally inept employee took care of us, she took an hour to give us the room, an 80-year-old senior was with my father, for more I asked her to speed up because he was tired, she only apologized but did nothing, the same slow check out, he did not give me my invoice, and I asked her to give it to me and he said that the hotel does not issue an invoice, very bad service In addition to the fact that the room smelled very bad

The front desk ladies was very nice.
This hotel does not return your deposits. They owe me 200.00 and no one will message you back. I just canceled my stay because of this. The rooms are so so but wat u expect for a cheap price. I usually don't leave reviews but when it's my money is concerned we have a problem!!!

Staff always nice, professional, and accommodating. Our room was clean and I appreciated the peace while in the room. Pool was always clean and looked inviting.
The AC was not working too well in the beginning, the bathroom sink had water damage and needs repairing, the TV remote would not let you change it while in the bed.

The room was very quiet at the beginning but all through the night all u could hear was other guests slamming their doors.
Well the front desk lady was nice last time I stayed but this time she was kinda rude especially when I saw that I was charged 100 for a deposit and it was 50 bucks last time and I don't remember if I got the deposit back.

The property is conveniently located to the airport. Room was very clean and had everything I needed. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. A+
