Uncomfortable bed, cheap pillows, rickety table in the room, chair was dirty - looked like old paint

The only thing that really bothered me is that their housekeeping comes only once a week ( every 7 days)

the couch and chair in the room was heavy stained and tore up. You can feel the Springs in the mattress.

I was told the sofa bed was not designed for an adult to use but the website says it's a two person sofa bed. The mattress had zero spring and was basically flat. I was offered a different room but the mattress was the same. They looked 10+ years old and not fit for purpose. I was told I could pay another 300+ dollars to get a different room. I refused and the manager brought her own blow up bed in for me to use which was kind but everything hurt after a few days using it. I wouldn't have stayed there if I'd known just how bad the bed's were.

staff were fantastic, generally good facilities, plenty of space in the room. bath room although dated was all fine & clean

bed was fine but mattress on sofa bed very thin or old. lots of stains on carpet and sofa bed. glass coffee pot broken (replaced on request) and the breakfast that was meant to be included turned out to just be coffee

It was not real clean at first but it got progressively better while I was there. the staff was excellent

They don’t offer breakfast, though you may find breakfast option at booking. overall very nice clean and comfortable rooms. Internet is bit slow.

The furniture is very outdated, torn & worn out leather chair, desk legs so weak ready to collapse, terrible wi-fi service, no Kleenex or paper towels. The carpet was dirty and smelly. Power went out for approximately 5-6 hrs. manager had no plan for guests as we sat our room in the pitch dark.

I didn’t like how nothing worked, toilet clogged super easy, front desk clerk was exceptionally rude each time we had an interaction with him. Misgendered me on the phone. The list goes on and on Will never stay here again

I wish I could include the photos that I took of the facility there were people sitting in the hallways smoking standing out front entrance smoking weed and God only knows what else there were broken down cars in the parking lot flat tires front fenders laying on the ground

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

first off the front desk was extremely unprofessional, the minute I walked into the door the desk lady was talking to someone and I over heard the conversation of here saying she was going to beat someone’s “a$$” then she lets us check in early, which I would understand if there was no rooms clean at all and it couldn’t happen we were fine with it. we’ll we go into the room, there is toe nail clippings on the floor, roaches in the fridge , blood stains on the curtains, the sitting chair next to the bed has some ungodly knowing white stains on it. who knows what in the world it was. on top of it there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. I had went back down to the desk they tried to offer room cleaning for us but unfortunately why would I want to stay in a hotel that has BLOOD STAINS on the curtains. They gave us 45 minutes to look for another hotel, we’ll due to it being a Holliday weekend that wasn’t happening for us. so I had to argue with front desk multiple times just to get our money back. she then proceeded to roll her eyes at me, kick us out of the hotel AFTER THEIR MESS UP!! Thank god the lady had some kind of sense and refunded us our money but lord!! do not stay at this hotel if you have kids and doesn’t want to be treated like absolute trash! I never write reviews but this one needed it. the front staff, manager cleaners all are absolutely horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Elevator was broken. Building smelled. Breakfast was a bag of useless items. No change available for laundry. Room smelled.
